Frequently Asked Questions
The best meeting windows are those where every participant is inside 9 AM to 5 PM local time. When no perfect overlap exists, the tool recommends hours that minimize the number of participants outside business hours.
When every hour has at least one participant outside 9–17, the planner ranks windows by a fairness score (weighted green > amber > red). The top-ranked windows minimize the number of people joining at odd hours and are highlighted automatically.
Green cells are 9:00–16:59 local (the core business day). Amber cells are 7:00–8:59 and 17:00–19:59 (early/late but still reasonable). Red cells are everything else — usually outside working hours in most cultures.
Pick a UTC hour from the "Best meeting windows" list, then use your calendar's standard new-event flow. The local times for every participant are shown next to each window so you can paste them into the event description.
